Es una artista y dise\u00f1adora danesa conocida por sus dise\u00f1os textiles. Ella tiene un fuerte sentido material y de composici\u00f3n inspirada tanto en la luz n\u00f3rdica como en los colores brillantes escandinavos. Adem\u00e1s ella siente una profunda fascinaci\u00f3n por la simplicidad que caracteriza el arte y la cultura japonesa.Estudi\u00f3 en la Escuela de Pintores y Escultores en Sydney (1965\/67),en la Escuela de Bellas Artes de Copenhangue entre 1967 y 1970.
